PEACEMAKING TEAMS

What is a Peacemaking Team, you might ask? A Peacemaking Team is group of mature Christians who will help embed peacemaking principles to bring a permanent peacemaking ministry to your church. Why is this important? Not only is peacemaking--the ministry of reconciliation--at the heart of the gospel, but people LEAK!  Research suggests that people forget 87% of what they are taught within 30 days. Without a Peacemaking Team to encourage and re-teach, it simply won't stick.

To help reach this need within the church, the 2007 Peacemaker Conference is introducing workshops that will help you in establishing a Peacemaking Team in your church. While all the conference workshops will equip and assist Christians and ministry leaders, these particular workshops will focus on expanding and embedding peacemaking into the very fabric of your church culture!
