• Pre-Course Reading: Read The Peacemaker, 3rd Edition by Ken Sande. This resource is helpful for understanding a foundational biblical theology of resolving conflict and is the basis for all training through Peacemaker Ministries. • Online Self Studies: When you register for Conflict Coaching and Mediation Training, you will be sent an enrollment key to access two required online self study courses through Peacemaker University. This includes the online Conflict Coaching Self Study Prework (4-6 hours) and the Mediation Self Study Prework (about 10-12 hours). Peacemaker University will provide you an opportunity to complete this homework as well as interact with other students who will be attending your same training event.
