Accommodations can be arranged at the Caribe Royale Orlando All-Suites Resort and Convention Center. The resort features a state-of-the-art fitness center, pool with waterslide, lighted tennis and basketball courts, and is close to Walt Disney World, shopping and various restaurants. It is located 15 miles from Orlando-McCoy International Airport.

The conference registration fee includes the Celebration Banquet on Saturday evening. All other meals are not included.  In addition to the four restaurants in the hotel, there are various restaurants nearby:

Transportation

The Caribe Royale contracts with Mears transportation for shuttle service. Hertz-rent-a-car is also located inside the hotel. In addition, there are various rental car companies available at the airport.
