Dr. Tony Evans Dr. Tony Evans, co-founder and senior pastor of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship Church in Dallas, is one of the country’s most respected leaders in evangelical circles. Dr. Evans was the first African-American to graduate with a doctoral degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and currently serves on their Board of Incorporate Members. He also currently serves as chaplain for the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks. Both an author of such books as The Kingdom Agenda and A Whole New You and the speaker on The Urban Alternative with Dr. Tony Evans radio broadcast, Dr. Evans’ influence is wide-spread. He and his wife, Lois, have four children and six grandchildren and reside in Dallas, Texas.
Ken Sande Ken Sande, President of Peacemaker Ministries, is passionate about bringing the life-changing power of the gospel and the wisdom of God’s peacemaking principles into the lives of Christians and their churches. His early experience in engineering and law fueled his desire to found Peacemaker Ministries over 25 years ago. He is the author of The Peacemaker (which has been translated into over 10 languages) as well as many other resources. His wife, Corlette, wrote The Young Peacemaker which has been used in schools and homes around the country. Along with their two children, Megan and Jeff, the Sandes enjoy spending time in the mountains near their home in Billings, Montana.
Bruce Burgess Bruce Burgess is the National Director of PeaceWise in Australia, a peacemaking ministry whose mission is ‘Promoting peace and reconciliation in relationships through biblical principles and the power of Christ’. He has Masters of Theology and Arts degrees from Morling Theological and Bible College where he serves as a visiting lecturer, as well as Law and Arts Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Sydney. He conducts regular training in biblical peacemaking with churches, schools, and ministry organizations and has served in a variety of disputes from schools to church and workplace conflict. He is currently working towards the distinction of Certified Christian Conciliator. Bruce is married to Helen and has two children, Ariel and Lachlan, and resides in Croydon, New South Wales, Australia.
Dave Harvey Dave Harvey is responsible for Church Planting and Church Care and international expansion for Sovereign Grace Ministries. He has served on the Sovereign Grace Ministries leadership team since 1995. Dave was senior pastor of Covenant Fellowship Church for 19 years and is a graduate of Westminster Theological Seminary’s Doctor of Ministry degree. He has also served on the board for CCEF since 2006. Dave is the author of When Sinner Say “I Do”: Discovering the Power of the Gospel for Marriage (Shepherd, 2007), contributor to Worldliness: Resisting the Seduction of a Fallen World (Crossway, 2008), several booklets for Sovereign Grace Ministries, and continues working on various other writing projects. Dave and his wife, Kimm, have four children and call West Chester, Pennsylvania home.
