The members of the Roster are Certified Christian Conciliators™. Each member has professional business and conciliation experience in addition to the training and continuing education credits required for a Certified Christian Conciliator™.
Panel of mediators and arbitrators
Peacemaker Ministries provides highly qualified and experienced mediators and arbitrators to serve parties who bring cases before the ICC. Each panel member is a Certified Christian Conciliator™ and has significant experience in their respective professions. Mediators and arbitrators are nominated from the following panel, based on their qualifications and the needs of the particular case, pursuant to Rule 10 of The Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation.
Explanation of qualifications
Each panel member is a Certified Christian Conciliator™. As Certified Christian Conciliators™ they have completed a minimum of 50 hours of live training in conflict coaching, mediation, advanced mediation, and arbitration (along with 100 hours of related reading and course work focusing on
- Christian conciliation
- Providing skills in conciliation techniques and processes
- Helping to impart a clearer vision of God’s grace in conciliation
- Gaining a deeper understanding of biblical law.
They have also completed a minimum of fifty (50) hours of practical experience under the review of a Certification Coach on 10 cases involving conflict coaching, mediation, and arbitration. Most panel members have also attended additional Advanced Training courses in Christian conciliation, as noted in their respective biographical information. Panel members also participate in a minimum of 20 hours of continuing education in the area of Christian conciliation per year.
All panel members adhere to the Standard of Conduct for Christian Conciliators, the Peacemaker’s Pledge and the Statement of Faith of Peacemaker Ministries.
In addition they are engaged or have worked in specific professional or employment positions that include areas of law, accounting, consulting, business, counseling, and ministry. Each panel member has a minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in their respective professions.
