All conciliation services are provided on a fee basis, with the parties generally sharing the fees and costs of the conciliation. The party initiating the case is charged a $500 filing fee. Conciliation is billed at an hourly rate, as is Case Administration. Upon receipt of completed forms and agreements a retainer will be calculated and registered.
